While many debated the Riddler's wardrobe on social media, one fan went so far as to remake The Batman's trailer with Jim Carrey's performance in place of Dano's.This superhero adventure finds Batman (George Clooney) and his partner, Robin (Chris O'Donnell), attempting to the foil the sinister schemes of a deranged set of new villains, most notably the melancholy Mr. While appearing in-line with Riddler's mysterious presence in The Batman, it is certainly a change from the neon-infused ensemble that the character wore when he appeared in Joel Schumacher's Batman Forever. Though Pattinson seems to be a fan of The Batman's costume department, some have questioned Paul Dano's fashion choices for the film. For Matt Reeves' gritty vision of Gotham City and the people who live there, the Riddler will be wearing a full facemask, glasses and an olive coat with a question mark painted onto its breast. "Once you've got it on, it's like, 'Yeah I feel strong, I feel tough, even though I had to have someone squeezing my butt cheeks into the legs.'" In the past, Pattinson has called the process of donning Batman's cape and cowl for the first time a transformative experience. "Even if I play a fight scene with a lot of movement, I can move anyway," he said. The actor explained that his incarnation of the Dark Knight wears a suit that's "not only very cool," but also incredibly maneuverable.
